Behavioral Health Program

Advocare Vernon Pediatric & Family care providers are proud to be partered with Fort Health- a leader in pediatric mental health to deliver quality care to patients and parents through a team based approach. Our dedicated and experienced Behavioral Care Managers work as liasons between the parents, PCP, school systems, therapists/counselors, and psychiatry to manage behavioral and mental health concerns. 

The New Jersey Pediatric Psychiatry Collaborative is a statewide, grant-funded program that offers a one time free consultation and evaluation by a team of psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists. This program is available for children and asolescents up to the age of 21 who are followed by their PCP. 

Female-led online therapy and psychiatry care for young individuals between the age of 4-24 years old. Expert trained therapists work closely with board-certified clinical psychiatrists to provide multiple paths of care such as 1:1 therapy, group therapy, parent coaching an medication management. 

Full-service behavioral health organization through the State of New Jersey's Department of Children and Families and Children's System of Care. PerformCare provides intellectual and developmental disability services, substance use treatment for youth and families, along with extensive resourses and tools to provide support within the home, school, and community settings. 

New Jersey Early Intervention provides information and services for familes with developmental or other related concerns about children from birth age to under 3 years old
